What time is check-in?

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is no later than 11:00.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

If possible and by prior arrangement. Please contact us before arrival info@kassaricottage.com

Booking and payment

How can I book accommodation?

Reservations can be made directly through our website on the ' Book ' page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is possible via bank link.

Do I have to pay in advance for the reservation?

Payment terms will be displayed during the booking process and the booking will be confirmed after successful receipt of payment.

Can a reservation be changed or canceled?

It is not possible to change or cancel the reservation after confirmation.

Accommodation and comfort

How many guests is Kassari Cottage intended for?

The house is designed for 2 + 2 guests (including children)

Does the accommodation have a kitchen?

Yes, there is a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use.

Does the accommodation have WiFi?

Yes, the house has fast Starlink WiFi.

Pets and children

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Kassari Cottage.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome. We ask parents to ensure the safety of their children and supervise them throughout their stay.

House rules

Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?

No. Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors. In addition, for fire safety reasons, we ask that guests not smoke on the terrace surrounding the house.

Are parties and events allowed?

No. Kassari Cottage is designed for a peaceful holiday and parties and events are not allowed. Only registered guests (up to 2+2) are welcome to the house.

What happens if something breaks or gets damaged?

Please inform us of any damage or accidents as soon as possible. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him or his companions.

Can Kassari Cottage bill for broken or lost items?

Yes. If the accommodation's inventory, furnishings or other property is damaged, destroyed or lost as a result of the guest's actions, Kassari Cottage reserves the right to invoice the guest for the cost of repair, replacement or restoration.

Is there a quiet time?

We ask you to respect your neighbors and the surrounding nature and avoid excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night.
